What is your policy for damaged products?
Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment during the rental period. Renter agrees to pay for any repairs or replacement costs necessary to restore the Equipment to its original condition.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, including rain, strong winds, or thunderstorms, Renter agrees to immediately cease use of the Equipment and secure it in a safe manner. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to unsafe weather conditions.
Renter acknowledges that the use of bounce houses and related equipment carries inherent risks and dangers. Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the Equipment, including but not limited to injuries, falls, collisions, and other accidents. Renter accepts full responsibility for the safety of all participants using the Equipment during the rental period. Renter agrees to provide proper adult supervision at all times during the use of the Equipment. Renter is responsible for ensuring that all participants follow safety guidelines and rules provided by the Company.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept electronic payment allowing most credit cards and apple pay.
Do you offer bulk rental discounts?
Absolutely. We have multiple rentals available and will offer a bulk discount if you'd like to rent more than one. Please reach out to inquire about availability of more than one!
